The purpose of working dogs, is to handle the stock
on your own in a steady and quiet manner |

Excellent for weaner breaking |
The dogs have to take any situations and be strong another to block, hold and drive the cattle any direction you wish, whether it's behind you or if something runs past you , the dogs will come to the front of the cattle to stop them and turn them back into the mob. |
The dogs take the place of one or two good Stockmen.
|
 |
All we do is ride around the cattle, rarely getting our horses out of a walk, open and shut the gates, the dogs do the rest. This quiet and stress free control of cattle is possible to achieve with good working dogs. Its is such an advantage to accomplish this and the dogs are a great pleasure and such an asset to any property. |
