Established in 1989 with the purchase of our first heifer with a calf at foot- Benjamin Glenda - from the national female sale at Gympie.Benjamin Glenda was successfully flushed giving Rocky View a start in Droughtmasters.
Subsequent purchases of females from Coolalinga , Haigslea , Brigalow Park, Kloundra , Bambara, Glen Park , & Twin Waters establishing a strong genetic base. Sire lines from Hillside Park , Cedar Dale , Crusader , Minlacowie , Lint Park, Trafalgar and Wajatryn have boosted these genetic traits.

Rocky View females are selected for temperament , conformation, structure , fertility and do ability.
These traits are also used in the selection of Rocky View Bulls with specific attention paid to sheaths and scrotals - main contributing factors to longevity , all of which are demanded by todays cattlemen.
